Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ensure that your Auroé experience is smooth from checkout to delivery. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed after working hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7 business days, depending on your location.
• Business days are counted from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

• You can track your order by visiting the “My Account” section and selecting your order number.
• A tracking link will also be shared on your registered email and/or mobile number once your order is dispatched.

Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM IST.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our Delhi warehouse.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for a small additional fee, which is collected by our courier partner for handling cash.
• Any additional delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
