Return & Exchange
At Auroé, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While our products are made and packed with care, we understand that certain situations may require cancellations or refunds. Please review our policy below:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@auroe.in.
To help us resolve the issue promptly:
- Share a parcel opening video along with clear images of the damaged item.
- Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or offer a suitable resolution.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you’d like to return a product due to personal reasons (e.g. fragrance preference, changed mind):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@auroe.in.
- Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or refunded after deducting shipping charges for both delivery and return.
Please note: Refunds will only be initiated after the product is returned to us in saleable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Opened, used, or altered products will not be accepted for return.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, email us at hello@auroe.in with your order number as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or shipped.
